Owners “Barney” Lee Berry Jr and Dr. Rashad Sanford opened the restaurant with the dreams of creating both a brunch hotspot and daytime social club that offers decadent comfort food and music. This hip all-day brunch & cocktails spot is very trendy land offers a southern twist on food, drinks, smoothies, cocktails & coffee.
This dope breakfast spot stays packed and the only drawback is that they do not accept reservations which means there is often a long wait so make sure you rush to the hostess stand to check in as fast as possible. But at least they offer free parking the Pencil Factory parking garage during the week and on the weekends they offer valet parking for only $5.
Some of their brunch options include crispy fried chicken wings served with pecan sage waffle, berries and bourbon apple cider syrup (Yard Bird) cooked perfectly, Fluffy, buttery pancakes served with edible gold, berries, edible flowers and bourbon apple cider syrup (24 Karat Gold Pancakes), NY Strip steak with au poivre sauce over breakfast potatoes with 2 fried eggs, toast and homemade jam (NY Steak & Eggs), lobster mac and cheese, Crispy eggrolls stuffed with greens, candied yams, mac and cheese drizzled with mumbo sauce (Soul Rolls), catfish, shrimp and grits, fish and grits, and more.
