is interested in coastal cuisine. They take inspiration from France, Italy, and
Spain -- three countries that are always at odds on who’s cuisine is better.
What a great idea to just implement all three. Especially at brunch.
The good news is, there’s a juice press on site. More good news is, because Cafe Medi is located in a hotel, you can get brunch delivered directly to your room. You can eat it on your private balcony as the peasants wait in line. Ok, wait, don’t go that far. But do enjoy the Croque signore, strawberry buttermilk pancakes, and Tuscan broiled skillet like you were born to.
